สถานการณ์โดยรวม มีการตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยตรวจพบโดรนบริเวณพื้นที่ปราสาทตาควาย 4 ลำ, พื้นที่โดนตวล 1 ลำ, พื้นที่ซำแต 3 ลำ, พื้นที่ภูผี 2 ลำ, พื้นที่ฐานปฏิบัติการหนองแค ร้อย.ทพ.2602 จำนวน 1 ลำ และบริเวณเหนือเนิน 350 จำนวน 6 ลำ และตรวจพบรถแบคโฮ รถบรรทุก 10 ล้อ ทำการปรับปรุงที่มั่นขนาดใหญ่ คาดว่าเป็นการปรังปรุงบังเกอร์สำหรับหลบภัย ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทยจัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อม ในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

การดำเนินงานด้านจิตอาสา ศอ.จอส.พระราชทาน จ.สุรินทร์, ศอ.จอส.พระราชทาน มทบ.25, พล.ต.สุคนธรัตน์ ชาวพงศ์ รอง มทภ.2, นายประภาส ศรีจันทร์เวียง รอง ผวจ.สุรินทร์, ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลพนมดงรักเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา, หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และประชาชนในพื้นที่ ให้การต้อนรับ นายเกษม วัฒนชัย องคมนตรี ในการที่ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินี ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ นายเกษม วัฒนชัย องคมนตรี เชิญเงินพระราชทาน จำนวน 42,000,000 บาท ไปมอบแก่ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลพนมดงรักเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา และสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ มอบถุงยังชีพพระราชทาน จำนวน 800 ถุง แก่ผู้ประสบภัย และเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาล เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบในพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา โดยมีจิตอาสา 904 และจิตอาสาพระราชทาน ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวก ณ หอประชุมที่ว่าการ อ.พนมดงรัก จ.สุรินทร์

2nd Army Area Operations Center Summary of the Situation along the Thai–Cambodian Border Date : 7 October 2025 (14:00 hrs)

Overall Situation :

Movements by Cambodian forces were detected, including drone activity in several locations : four drones near Ta Kwai Temple, one drone in Don Tuan area, three drones in Sam Tae area, two drones in Phu Phee area, one drone near Nong Khae Operation Base, and six drones flying above Hill 350. In addition, excavators and 10-wheel trucks were observed conducting major fortification works, believed to be constructing or reinforcing large underground bunkers for shelter.

At present, both Thai and Cambodian forces remain stationed at their respective defensive positions. The Thai side continues to deploy troops at observation points to monitor the situation closely and to maintain readiness to respond appropriately to any developments.

Volunteer Operations :

The Royal Volunteer Center, Surin Province, together with the Royal Volunteer Center of the 25th Military District, Major General Sukontharat Chaophong (Deputy Commander of the 2nd Army Area), Mr. Praphat Srichanwiang (Deputy Governor of Surin), the Director of Phanom Dong Rak Hospital, government officials, and local residents, welcomed Privy Councillor Kasem Watanachai on behalf of His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen.

By royal command, Privy Councillor Kasem Watanachai presented a royal donation of 42million baht to the hospital director, while Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted 800 royal relief packages to affected residents and hospital personnel to alleviate hardships resulting from unrest along the Thai–Cambodian border.

Royal Volunteer 904 members and Royal Volunteer Service teams assisted in organizing and facilitating the ceremony, held at the Phanom Dong Rak District Hall, Surin Province.
