สถานการณ์โดยรวม กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ได้เชิญ คณะผู้สังเกตการณ์ชั่วคราว (Interim Observer Team: IOT) นำโดยผู้ช่วยทูตทหารมาเลเซีย ประจำประเทศไทย รับฟังการบรรยายสรุป ณ โรงพยาบาลค่ายสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี หลังจากนั้นนำ คณะสำรวจพื้นที่ช่องบก อำเภอน้ำยืน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เพื่อรับทราบข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงของฝ่ายกัมพูชา ตามบันทึกข้อตกลงจากผลการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนทั่วไป (GBC) ไทย - กัมพูชา เมื่อ 7 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยมี พลตรี สุคนธรัตน์ ชาวพงษ์ รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 เป็นผู้นำคณะฝ่ายไทย

มีการตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยตรวจพบโดรนบริเวณพื้นที่ช่องอานม้า 6 ลำ, พื้นที่ภูมะเขือ - ปราสาทพระวิหาร 6 ลำ, พื้นที่ปราสาทตาควาย 50 ลำ พื้นที่ช่องกร่าง 5 ลำ และพื้นที่ปราสาทตาเมือนธม 4 ลำ ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทย จัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจ ตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อม ในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอความร่วมมือจากพี่น้องประชาชน เพื่อป้องกันการรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร ที่คลาดเคลื่อน บิดเบือน หรือข่าวปลอม (Fake news) ขอให้ประชาชน โปรดใช้วิจารณญาณในการรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร และติดตามข้อมูล จากช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการจากส่วนราชการ ซึ่งสามารถยืนยันข้อเท็จจริงได้อย่างถูกต้อง และทันเวลา

2nd Army Area Operations Center

Summary of the Situation along the Thai–Cambodian Border

Date: 4 October 2025 (14.00 hrs)

Overall Situation:

The 2nd Army Area invited the Interim Observer Team-Thailand (IOT-Thailand), led by the Malaysian Defence Attaché to Thailand, to attend a briefing session at Sunpasitthiprasong Camp Hospital, Warin Chamrap District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. Subsequently, the delegation visited the Chong Bok area, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, to observe and verify facts regarding Cambodia’s violations of the ceasefire arrangement under the Agreed Minutes of the General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting between Thailand and Cambodia, held on 7 August 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Thai delegation was led by Major General Sukontharat Chaopong, Deputy Commander of the 2nd Army Area, Royal Thai Army.

Movements of Cambodian forces were detected, with surveillance identifying drones in several areas: 6 over Chong Ahn Ma, 6 over Phu Makua–Phra-Viharn Temple area, 50 over Ta Kwai Temple area, 5 over Chong Krang, and 4 over Ta Muen Thom Temple area.

At present, both Thai and Cambodian forces remain stationed at their respective defensive positions. Thai troops are deployed at observation points to monitor the movements of the opposing side and maintain full readiness to respond as necessary.

The 2nd Army Area urges the public to avoid consuming or sharing misleading or false information (Fake News). The public is advised to exercise discretion when receiving information and to follow updates only through official government communication channels, which provide accurate and timely information.
